Yanchep National Park is located 42 kilometres North of Perth (45 minute drive from Perth CBD). The park is noted for its caves, native bush and koala colonies. With historic buildings nestled on the shores of a lake amid coastal woodland and limestone caves, Yanchep offers something for everyone!

Pickup 10:00am
Drive to Yanchep National Park (Entrance fee is $6 per person – at your own expense)
Explore the underground Crystal Cave (45 mins in duration) – tour must be pre-booked (11:30 – 12:15)
Tour times: 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm. Available 7 days a week.
COST: $15 Adult, $8 Child (6 – 15yrs) – at your own expense
See native Australian animals (kangaroos, koala, black swans and kookaburras)
Stroll along the 240 metre Koala Boardwalk to view one of Australia’s favourite native animals in a natural environment and learn more about these creatures.
Spot the grey kangaroo, which can be seen in abundance early and late in the day. Other times they shelter from the sun so you might be lucky enough to see them resting in shady areas.
Enjoy a bush walk amongst native trees such as Banksia, Tuant, Marri, Paper Bank & Jarrah varieties.
Enjoy lunch (at your own expense) at the Yanchep Cafe or Yanchep Inn, in Yanchep National Park (12:30 – 2:00pm)
Drive to Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park and see the kangaroos in the wild – great photo opportunity. (2:30 – 3:00)
Visit Kings Park Botanic Garden – see the State War Memorial and enjoy beautiful views of the Swan River, Perth City skyline and Elizabeth Quay. Wildflower season is Sept-Oct. (3:30 – 4:30pm).
Return drop off at accommodation by 5pm.
